Do you like extreme dark chocolate and like easy recipes?
If so, this is for you!
- 5 oz. Unsweetened chocolate
- 2 T agave syrup (vegan and low glycemic) or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup slivered roasted almonds
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Remove from heat and add sweetener, vanilla, then fold in 1/3 cup of slivered almonds. Form into 2 teaspoonful balls, place on waxed paper to cool. Makes about 15 chocolates.
