Fire is extinguished, but a spark is there.

Started the day with a slice of tomato cheese quiche and a latte, no sugar.  For lunch I had a tofu scramble wrap, unsweetened almond milk, iced green tea, and a fresh green pepper from my garden. Today, inflammation has subsided, everywhere on the bod.

 The coffee shop had some fabulous looking shortcakes, but I just remembered yesterday’s aches and headache.  Then I passed on a dessert for today.  Is this enough evidence to cut out the refined sugar?

hell yeah!
